Broadcom will perform general maintenance to the Cloud SWG Service in Hong Kong (GCNHK), Singapore (GSGRS), Tokyo, Japan (GJPTK), Dover, England (GGBDO), London, England (GGBLO), and Dammam, Saudi Arabia (GSADA) POPs. During this maintenance event all services will remain operational and available. This maintenance will begin on June 11, 2025, at 18:00 UTC, and last up to 2 hours.

Impact

During this maintenance event all services will remain operational and available. The following describes what happens to connected clients, depending on access method used:

  • Explicit proxy/ WSS Agent / SEA (Single Enterprise Agent) / Proxy Forwarding: The service automatically redirects connections to active data pods within the same data center or geographic location. This is for information only, and the customer does not need to take any action.
  • IPSec: A short fail-over delay may occur as the load balancer directs traffic to another active data pod within the data center. This is for information only, and the customer does not need to take any action.
